It's basically everything you ever needed to know to get a great rate on a rental car. Who knew that the rates for each class of car are meaningless? They can charge anything they want! Do some more searching, and you'll find whole web sites devoted to how messed up Enterprise is. It makes me happy I only got ripped off a little bit.
